Job satisfaction is reported with chronic issues in the healthcare sector. Specifically, current milieu of COVID-19 pandemic, a grave attention has been divulged on support system and wellbeing paramedic staff. There dearth research contemporary leadership sector, particularly developing countries. Objective this study was to find direct negative effect despotic job through emotional exhaustion among nurses based Affective Events Theory assumptions. Data from sample 265 registered collected self-administered questionnaire distribution method deployed public hospitals using stratified random sampling technique. The data analysis results PLS-SEM for assumed revealed that played meditation role between nurses.
